Is telling your viewers to mass report a video that isn't breaking the rules a violation of youtube's rules itself? Guy I know that listens to breadtube for fun says a lot of them constantly break the rules and brigade but, since they are so insular and insignificant, big tech neither notices nor cares.

This has likely been mentioned or noticed. Xanderhal's facial hair looks like that of a teenager's, too thin to look nice and poorly kept. Do leftists keep their facial hair out of laziness, to copy their idols, or to try to look mature? Nearly all of them don't groom and choose styles that do not fit their skull/face shape.
As an aside, leftists are more obsessed with teaching kids anal sex than telling teens to shave their retarded looking facial hair.

The rules on brigading don't specifically mention calls to false flag but knowing YouTube they'd probably consider it harassment in most cases. Especially since it's in a video directly and not posted off site like most other breadtubers do.
