Here's what a typical 50cent army comment looks like right now (they shit up the comment section of every article even vaguely related to China). The style changes every month or so, but it's been machine translated garbage since about 8 or so months back, whereas before they just typed it in Chinese. I suspect they stopped that since Rift might've started filtering out Chinese comments automatically.

nah. my cynical side still not buy it, if i remember correctly about the last scandal, even yagoo need to pay the damage from his own pocket no? i said it and i said it again, i only gonna trust cover if hachama is not on the next chopping block and they still not try to reach to chinese market atleast until mid 22

Oh no, I definitely recognize it. I think most here are familiar with how hard Cover has fucked her over for problems that were well out of her control. I think a lot of people are just tired of being sad and trying to find their own peace or silver lining to it. Cover really fucked up this time (altho, when don't they?) and they have probably no sympathy for it. I can't even be unfair and say I'd expect sympathy, as nice as Coco's money is, they already made a lot off of her and absolutely can't let her fuck up their new golden goose. They won't fire any of our favorite, struggling streamers, because the top earning JP girls and all of EN bankroll everything so nicely.

They're not a nice company, but they're also not the worst and in some ways, maybe it's due to the leaders, but it's honestly just due to the support network the talents are for each other. Coco is sacrificing a lot for a lot of people and ultimately, us the fans of her and the other talent as well. I'll add that I don't like it, not one bit, but Coco wants me to, how can I say no then? I don't gotta surrender how I feel, but I also don't have to let it control me.

I'm probably prattling on, but that's how I feel atm. We'll see how it lasts based on Cover's next actions.

I think the worst case is that Coco found the inner working of Cover doesn't suit her. She probably think that because Cover is bad for her, doesn't necessarily means it bad for everyone else.

Idk if it got lost in the chaos of the last 10+ pages, but have they said if they are gonna DFE her channel? I know they’re gonna turn off membership in September, but are all of her streams gonna remain up as well?

Public streams will remain up. Membership streams will not. @AkioDayo is currently fixing that problem when they wake up and probably recover from depression. I wish them well.

She is the artist name for the woman who would go on to portray Mori Calliope. Look up both of their music on YouTube and the similarities are unmistakable.

The rrat that Cover isn't directly involved and this is solely Coco's decision is absurd. We have all seen how Cover treated Coco since the incident, preventing Collabs, not celebrating her success, restricting her access to the EN girls, they clearly wanted her gone. Even through all of this Coco held on, for her and her friends sake. Do you really think she'd say: "There's things I wish I could do before I graduate, but it won't happen," if this was her choice? If this is a personal choice, why is she chocking back tears through her announcement, constantly muting herself. Coco is a professional, she could prepare for this if it wasn't immediately placed on her. This is not even mentioning Cover putting a press release in Chinese out immediately, before Coco's video is even translated in English. Why would Cover do this, if not to appease the bugman. Coco might be fine on her own, but missing the opportunities of streaming with all her friends (some say coworkers but when was the last time people missed a day due to a coworker retiring, see: Flare, Noel and Rushia) is going to hurt her and everyone around her. Coco clearly was forced into this, and Cover decided Chinese dollars are worth pursuing again.
