I'd say that the implications of racism came more from the "ayo turn this shit up nigga Charles" line he also used. If he didn't have that comment, I would've thought the "Drugs drugs" song was something like this instead of some "More like (c)rap, amirite fellas?" comment.

Either way, I don't really get why he was trying to compare his music video, where he throws away medicine prescribed by a medical professional, to songs about abusing recreational drugs.
