The designs and art direction are way beyond what RT can do, let alone the animation which isn't ugly tweening or whatever mess they make with Maya.

It's RT Core rebranded, because changing the colour of drapes solves the problem of your house having no foundations and walls made out of balsa wood.

This is RT core not wanting to be associated with RT anymore. They thought them having RT in the name kept a chunk of potential audience who didn't know what RT was from viewing them. Well, surprise: what kept them from viewing you was your own sense of humor, or lack thereof.

RT is basically what kept Core alive and well though. Without the RT branding and association, they may as well go the way of Sugar Pine 7 and just completely fade away with minimum online presence.

Plus most of the members aren't funny anyway, I can only really find Blaine funny sometimes but that's very rare.

I don't know if Gus had yellow fever but he's been with Esther for a decade and she was the one who approached him at a bar. The story goes she drank him under the table and they started dating afterwards. She had no idea what Rooster Teeth was at the time.

I think his previous girlfriend when he lived with Geoff was asian as well, I'm sure Geoff mentioned it on a Drunk Tank episode where Gus talked about getting piles from sitting on a stone floor playing videogames all day.
