the head to tittage ratio is indeed horrific. Real women cursed with such huge boobs by nature tend to hate them and many will have reductions if they can.

Those are not parents. The people doing this to their children have many names, like incubator, egg/sperm donor, enabler, special child's best friend, but never a parent.

This is a great way of summing up what happened. Jazz could be the poster child for Binge Eating Disorder. Add the compulsion to stuff your face as a form of comfort with that being the only thing that makes you happy so that you can just lay around all day.
Jazz has gained about 75-100 pounds just by the pictures in a short amount of time due to uncontrollable eating. This is the type of person that weight loss programs will either string along for every penny or the ethical ones will outright reject him due to the obvious mental disorder he needs help for.
