It appears he's doing Cameo commissions and is quite fast at replying to and generating longass paid videos. He has a massive bald spot on his head, a flushed surprisingly more gaunt facial appearance, missing a fair few teeth and most horrifying is the large bald spot in an irregular spot and pattern on his head going right down to the scalp:

He seems aloof and likely drugged to high heaven. He has not let go of being featured in My 600lb life and mentions it quite frequently in conversation. He takes constant breaks in his self driven conversation to think of more things to say but ends up repeating himself.

He's missing quite a few upper teeth, it looks like he still has his lower teeth but they appear plaqued over in the low bitrate videos. In one of the featured Cameo videos he tagged with #roast he tries to sing and its pretty funny since he becomes short of breath. Im hedging my bets that whatever drugs he's taking now is making him appear more chirpy albeit spaced out, rather than being angy in his older videos.

He was doing the hair pulling on mshpl while he was going through opiate withdrawals. Also, Fentanyl is cheaper than meth. You have to be somewhat intelligent and very lucky to not fatally OD on fentanyl.

Its true, trich has an obsessive compulsive component. Though most sufferers aren't under the influence. Stephen, however, flags his distress either under the pain-free influence or trying to get more drugs because look at what you made an unmedicated obese man do. Either way, "gimme drugs". I can honestly say that I never wished death on anybody, at least as an adult, but the world would be a better place if he offed himself via drug overdose.

He had all his teeth before or at least the ones we could see. Now I'll admit I haven't looked at his recent videos because he's disgusting and everything but I'm betting he knocked out his teeth to get more pain meds.

He rips out a tooth, goes to the emergency room crying about how much it hurts and they give him some oxy to shut him up. A week later he's gone through it, knocks out another tooth and the process repeats itself. As for why that one tooth is so well maintained? He needs to keep at least one of them in his mouth. He'd look ridiculous if he lost that one too.

I think in Willo Davis videos it mentions that they are still together, they just no longer live together. They often fight then get back together, their relationship has been strained because of the virus situation and him being from Texas so they had to go the long distance. Steven claims Stephanie still loves him and she does mention him a few times in videos or live streams or if he is visiting, Steven will make a random appearance.

You can get blacklisted from medical care? I didn't know doctors could do that. I guess because he's under Medicare, it would make sense. Too high risk for doctors to even see him because of his choices.
