I believe there is a doctor over here in Chinada that has found through research that the spike proteins do leave the injection site (shoulder muscle) and escape into the blood stream, and can cross the blood/brain barrier which is causing most of the side effects. I mean, strictly speaking, yes. So long as the hospital is a private hospital then vaccination status is not a protected characteristic and therefore it can be discriminated against by an employer. This will go up for appeals, but the simple truth is I can think of no federal-level laws that such a policy would infringe so long as the hospital is a private institution.
