He's probably blacklisted from some brothels too. He has a history of harassing and suing sex workers so a lot of places would just avoid trouble and preemptively ban him. Despite what he thinks, that's not discrimination. Businesses can protect themselves from people who would cost them money needlessly. And giving his spamming of local stations to cover his "story" they probably talk to each other and his emails go straight to the spam folder.
I don't think he's on any sort of list in the entertainment industry, he may be known by Taylor Swift's security as a minor threat but I doubt anyone in the music industry knows who he is. If record labels kept a list of every untalented hack who makes shitty music because they think it's the ticket to easy fame and fortune and thinks they can get famous by mooching off the stardom of established talent, that list would be as tall as the Burj Khalifa.

It's because he has no concept -- and doesn't care to develop a concept -- of other people's plights. He doesn't see ableism as a thing, because disability rights begin and end with his stupid face and the fact that he can't get everything he wants all the time.
There's been a few times Russ has talked about the disabled, or in one case, a troll pretending to be disabled and simply asking Russ for advice on how to legalize brothels in his home state.
