I feel completely differently. Since they're using the same base world it is going to allow the developers to expand and deepen the setting. Which is exactly what they need to do to improve upon the original. There has been a lot of underground imagery across both trailers and I don't think that is an accident. I'm expecting a duality between gameplay in the sky and gameplay in cramped, closed quarters. The floating islands are likely going to be their own intricate, explorable areas and will function as a means of working around the Switch's processing capacity. What I'm saying is expect caves in the sky with slime molds to fire your flamethrower at.The more I think about BOTW2, the more I think it's going to be a disappointment.
I'm getting the feeling that they're not going to change much if anything about the weapon system. I really get the feeling we're not getting dungeons.
I hope I'm wrong, but it's just the feeling I'm getting. I don't think it will be bad persay, but I think a lot of people are going to be wondering why it took 5 years after it's all said and done.
