I 100% agree baby showers before the birth are a very bad idea. However, in the USA (outside of Jewish families) baby showers before the birth are the norm. The Vickers are cheap fucks who don’t want to send back all the baby shower gifts their Friends and family gave them.
Also like I mentioned earlier it is generally poor taste and bad luck to have the baby shower before the birth. Plus all the 45 plus year old aunts love to fawn over the baby.
I guess it’s because it’s mostly men or younger people in this thread but there seems to be a real confusion about what a miscarriage is. A miscarriage is something that occurs early in pregnancy. Faith was supposedly pregnant in May therefore if anything happened she had a stillbirth.I believe you are required to file a death certificate but publication in the news is optional as long as all relevant parties are aware of the death. If there is a miscarriage many places require a certificate, but an abortion wouldn't.
The scan aside, those could be from anything. Someone somewhere decorated with balloons and a shower sign. Baby clothes on a clothesline and a crib that could belong to anyone. She has several brothers. The pictures could have been years old or grabbed from anywhere online. Why not make up a shower? There's no cake, no big spread of food, no people, no cleaning up after a party, no holding the belly pictures. Spend $20 for shower decorations, put bunch of baby clothes with the tags still on that you could return or donate since she's into charity, wrap a couple boxes, make a sign, put up a crib of your brothers stuff and a few toys you've made since she surprisingly has hours of free time with a newborn. If you take atmospheric pictures, she claims to be into photography, you take the aftermath. She doesn't take a picture of the cake or piles of wrapping paper? The shower games? She didn't get diapers? Formula? Toys? If not for the Playskool Glo Worm SmartSense Cry Censor in the crib's release date of August 25, 2020, there is nothing indicating time. No KS fans are asking where his kid is? Ralph's not trying to get money by saying he's a father and needs it to give his son a good life? No baby is mentioned in his mother's obituary? Even if you wanted the baby protected and never seen online, what would saying you're tired because the baby is crying all the time do? She seems more concerned with vaccine and lbgt+ virtue signaling. Getting empathy for being pansexual or taking the shot will get more dopamine than for a new teen mother?
Stillbirths get a registered death certificate. Some states require death notice (not obit) to be printed when a death certificate issued (just like marriage licenses, divorces and property transfers) but I don’t know about CA. Stillbirths are entirely different from a miscarriage or abortion and are treated as such.
Anything past 20 weeks isn’t a miscarriage and it’s not really possible to get an abortion past 22 weeks in the USA. (Even women with non-viable brainless fetus, with zero hope of survival outside the womb, will struggle to find one doctor in the USA that will provide an abortion after 22 weeks and if they do it costs about $15k)
It is very strange that there is no news either way. If she was pregnant and if she gave birth, there would definitely have been pictures posted by Faith. If she lost it, I would assume a post would be made looking for sympathy (which, for once in her life, she would honestly deserve). So in my mind, there is one of two possibilities:
1) There is some sort of therapist involved who has intimate knowledge of Faith, the family, how she met a groomer on Discord, travelled across country, got Gunted, pregnant, coerced into sex with horse and pig, and strangled. They have rightfully identified the Internet is bad for Faith and demanded she not be allowed online unsupervised, not be allowed to post specific pictures, and have the only Internet accessible device be a communal one (i.e. no phones, laptops, etc). This could be voluntary or mandated due to her allegations against Ralph and the court cases. Lack of Internet could be why she has taken up crafts?
2) She did give birth, but it was planned that she would give it up as soon as it popped out. This would have been an arrangement made when she first went home and Mr Vickers showed her the true nature of the Gunt. Since it would be someone else's child now, I could see there being a legal requirement to only keep pictures of the child as personal mementos.
If any of this involved a legal agreement, a clue could be found in when Ralph stopped talking about his kid. Maybe none of this is correct, but it is strange behavior from a new-mother, especially since she is normally so desperate for attention and kudos. Also unusual for the Vickers, who take great pride in their family and are known to overshare. I can't see them changing so drastically without an outside force making them, and it could be this same force is stopping Ralph from saying what happened.
EDIT: Also, don't forget female members of Faith's family all have the thyroid disease (was it Hashimoto's?) that can make pregnancy difficult and less likely to go to term without issue, I believe the Vickers lost a child before Faith due to this and she was found to have the same illness.
I’d like to think that Xander’s entire existence being the result of SM and his conception being a meme and available on porn hub made the Vickers decide they at least owed him a total and complete SM embargo until he joins of his own volition to figure out his gender identity or join r/raised by narcissist. Faith spent two years making an absurd spectacle of herself online so totally removing herself from SM is good for everyone, but esp her.
I think getting the fuck off SM is exactly what any sane therapist would suggest and I sure hope they’ve been making Faith go to one.
If they are lucky the entire social media craze may die down within another decade and the kid might be spared discovering his tragic origins.
