Wrong venue plus they're asking for costs and a percentage when jonny miriam loses. Loving it.

Personally, I'd like to see the yanivs take this further... yaniv floundering against experienced lawyers but mainly to hear about miriam's behaviour in court...the costs+% being the cherry on top.

Just in time to ensure they have a nice weekend. Meow on that scammers.

Lawyers @ $500.00 per hour costs.
I already see 2 / 3K in costs to this point.
The sweetest part, they can put a lien against MYs unit.
& yeah...I'm with you.....take it to court.

This is a pair so stupid that when they were directly told to have the meeting over the phone, they physically visited the courthouse and then had the meeting over the phone, even managing to halfass that.

I'm half wondering whether their visit was deliberate, stupidly thinking the sight of a tortured tranny and a poverty-stricken widow would somehow influence something.

I'm looking forward to miriam calling the lawyers and judge "nazis" and threatening, again, to dig up her dead relatives for the flight back to Israel. I can't wait.

It would still be a win for him, he would only have to pay 3,000 & not the 35,000 if he had taken it to trial.
So he's up 32,000 by his logic.

How long does he have now to decide what he's gonna do?
I think he may go whole hog or none, it's his logic.
The same logic thatwould have him play russian roulette with a semi auto
Funny that we keep talking about him when it's actually MY suing.
Anyone think that MY or the aunt might be getting money from family or the temple?

In name only I feel, this has jonathan yaniv aka jessica serenity simpson stamped throughout.

Just amazes me, what with his track record, that she was stupid enough to fall for his BS again. Their last strata claims didn't go anywhere either.

This family is risking the roof over their heads for a $300-$400 smoke alarm....4 years nearly waiting, that's approx $2 (and under) per week they wouldn't shell out.

How long? I believe in theory he has 7 days to answer. But that may quite likely be moot. There really isn't an argument to be made regarding wrong fucking venue. And the Judge may have already come to the venue conclusion himself. "This is not a matter for or within the legal purview of Small Claims Court" kind of trumps everything else. It's not an argument before the court. It's an argument with the court.
