I only know one person with the body shape of Jazz, and it's a girl with PCOS. Same shit: really big belly and stick legs. PCOS really fucks with your endocrine system so I can see how it happened. She's still a woman tho, and Jazz is not.

That was my first thought too when I saw the bikini picture. With the exception of the huge boobs, it looks like a PCOS body type. I wouldn't be surprised if there is some similar hormone issue going on.

It's not a hormone issue for Jazz. That's how men get fat. They store most of their fat in their belly area. He's still biologically a boy so this is just his body trolling him and his parents, and more of that will happen as he ages.

Like other people have said, this shows that all the surgery in the world cannot change the gender Jazz was born as. Biological women mainly store fat in the hips, waist, butt, stomach, etc. This isn't what we're seeing here. Jazz doesn't even look like a woman suffering from PCOS, she just looks like a fat man because that's what she (or he) is.

Also, does anyone else think Sanders is actually trying to attract women? He reminds me of men who pretend to be feminists just to get some pussy.

Cannot be PCOS, because Jazz's missing one important part for it. Here is more obvious how it's a completely different type of fatness: we are seeing a man's body being fat, very different from how a woman's body gets big. Not saying women can't have a gunt, but it's a different weight and fat distribution.

He's already confirmed what we've been saying: it's a combination of all the medication he takes, eating like a maniac, and poor life choices. He's never going to lose that weight if he doesn't first see a proper psychiatrist to help his mental issues and gets help to realise that what he did –removing his dick– was a mistake. It's not going to happen, though. Losing weight will be something they use up for the show, but as soon as lights are off, he's going to go back to old habits and get even worse because no one is going to address the real reasons for Jazz to feel this unhappy. Just imagine this: you were abused as a kid by your father and you show signs of a mental disorder caused by it. Then, your father tells you you're like this because your pet died, rather than because of the real trauma you went through. That only will make the problem get worse. That's Jazz's situation. They're going to blame this weight gain to anything but the actual cause of it.
