it’s a very minor thing, but they are giving the DLC for Disgaea for free. Though that’s more of the game company doing it, I suppose.

It's a virtual event and they're v-tubers, what are you expecting them to do?

Editing this post to dunk on you again because you didn't even bother to look up that this is an English event, you're just reacting to a Japanese news source covering it. Anime Expo is huge event in LA and this is just the digital version of it since they still can't get oversees talent reliably.

I am surprised to say, but I really enjoyed kiara´s new cover. There is a lot of work put into the mv, its really cute. I also appreciate when people try to keep as close to the original vocaloid version as possible with a real human singing. The filter put over her vocals also takes of the edge of her high notes and it doesnt sound so screeching to me.
