FTM is very different, as testosterone has a much bigger impact - it thickens the vocal cords, so permanently changes the voice. FTMs going on oestrogen after puberty don't get a voice change, because oestrogen doesn't make the vocal cords thinner - their endogenous testosterone has already permanently thickened them. That's why trans women have to do "voice training".
Testosterone also has permanent impacts on clit growth (it won't shrink back), male pattern baldness (as in, coming off testosterone won't make your hair come back if you've started losing it) and facial hair - testosterone permanently changes the facial hair follicles, so the facial hair growth won't be as much, but if you've been on testosterone for a while then detransitioning will still mean some facial hair.

is supposed to be a salamander, which can regrow its tail that has been cut off, which detransitioners relate to.
