I'm no expert but I think it's a cosplayer thing. I've seen a bunch over the decades and most of them seem to use a combination of filters and makeup to look like pale plastic people. I don't think it's attractive at all. And Keekihime was some sort of semi professional cosplayer back in the day and I remember her photos being the same, photoshoped to hell with pale blemish-free skin.

I don't get it either, of course there's a ton of makeup and editing, but guess what, virtually every woman does that. It's one of the whole industries based around women wanting to look pretty. I didn't see the stream but from what I gather, she was annoying Siri and Siri responded back using her first name that starts with N. However that was in the middle of the stream, she later went and sang a bunch of song while playing. So either she didn't care, or is big brained enough to sign DCMAable songs to ensure the stream would be removed/edited.
