The supposed "Twitter leak" is bullshit. It claims his last name is Burch but it's being propagated by some guy using an account with the name "Far" (which is the opposite of "Near", lmao) and has no proof.

It's much more likely that he is in fact David Kirk Ginder, since too much shit matches up for it to be a mere coincidence. Facial similarities, marital status, first name. The only thing that leaves me scratching my head is that the dox came out of fucking nowhere. If @Queefer Madness is around, pls tell us where you got this info.

I don't know if it's been mentioned but if it's worth anything– The address mentioned there was sold in May 2018 per Franklin county auditor. So they may not even be Hilliard at this point. I don't imagine they're renting on the Delware OH address though, which is almost assuredly the case for the majority of properties there being owned by the same LLC. They got around $330k for the previous property, so, why wouldn't they just buy instead?

Said auditor results doesn't want to archive due to how links on the site work but the parcel for Maple Dell is 050-008995-00 if someone needs to reference.

Edit to fix mistakes and mention they were (Patrick and David) both on the Maple Dell property so I assume they're together on whatever property is currently owned as well. They're not in Franklin County anymore, I'm fairly confident as neither name turns up anything, but I could be wrong.

I am waiting to hear back on the 98-2001 year book for the high school of the district the address listed for 2000. Though that’s public school so may be a miss by the time I get it if he went to private, home schooled or dropped out.

I just went to an alumni page and requested someone look up someone I needed for genealogy and a woman responded that she was going to look for her year book last night.

Dave's whitepages mentioned Jacksonville (and an Alan L Ginder who it guessed to be in his 60s), which is why I'm seeing this as a match. Alvin Ginder (seemingly his father) is also from PA, which matches with what Byuu said about a grandma in rural PA. It is confusing but he would have probably been around 20 in 2004. Big age gap between siblings if this is accurate, but I guess not impossible.

Thread's moving very fast so don't worry about it. It looks like those were the new owners; Dave and his husband seem to have sold up in 2018 (which is when Dave claims to have moved to Japan), and his husband appears to have subsequently moved into rented accomodation in Delaware - we know that his husband is indeed currently in Delaware. There's an unsubstantiated claim from a pastebin in 2016 (that does have some now verified information in it, so it's somewhat credible) that they were due for an IRS audit, so they may have had to sell up if they got caught out on irregularities and become estranged.

During our downtime I did some digging and I think David Ginder in Florida is someone else. There's a David Ginder from Jacksonville who went to Iowa State and now works for a battery company as a director, but I don't think it's our guy. Whitepages might have linked the two because they've got the same name.

I'm thinking that's what happened - on the audit list in 2016, get audited somewhere in 2017-2018, have to sell up and have a falling out, Dave maybe moves to Japan.

Additionally, the carpet, vent placement, and door placement in those auction photos does appear to match up to the MySpace photos perfectly. I would say Ginder is our guy pretty conclusively at this point.

Someone said he went to Catholic school and I checked the one nearest to the 2000 address which was Holy Spirit in Jacksonville but I couldn’t find any year books at all of alumni groups for that school so I’m out on looking for his old year book photos. Unless you live there in Jacksonville and visit the school and ask to see them which I don’t. Also sometimes the closest library will also have private school year books. There is the chance he didn’t even go to that one though.

I used to do paid genealogy trips with an ex so used to hunting down these old year books without paying. She used to sometimes call them but that part of me is autist and I don’t care about this enough to have to talk to someone on the phone. They usually won’t verify someone went there but will sometimes email you scans for the yearbook if saying genealogy but most the ones we ever did were father back that the late 90s/2000s.

I'm pretty sure it's St. Paul's Catholic School in Jacksonville Beach. He lived in Atlantic Beach as a kid, only moved to Jacksonville around the age of 18/19.
