Well i guess according to this troon, everyone could become easily political activists, if they are "anti-fash".
Its because its a legit news organization and not taking autist Hector's word as proof this faggot is dead. They like to verify their stories before publishing.View attachment 2321311

"ximself" is my dogs pronoun. If hes still alive he probably staged the whole thing, if he isnt alive he aint reading that. I beliee that he had some deep seated issues because his writing seems very convincing, but the timing of events leads me to believe the whole thing is a gay opI've been thinking, and this is ofcourse an unsubstantiated thought, but since I looked over some of Byuu's thoughts that benutz unearthed, it could be possible Byuu killed ximself. They were talking about isolation, and pain, and if they really live in Ohio they're probably not having a very good time at all.
Byuu, if you're reading this dude, it gets better.
Go for a walk every day, rise with the sun, eat a good breakfast.

Half of this is truth, the other half lies.Byuu, if you're reading this, it doesn't get better.
You will never be a woman.
People will always hate you for pretending to have committed suicide for retarded reasons.
The only option is to actually commit suicide this time, and please, do a flip and record it for the lads.
I do still think he's in Japan because he posted pictures of awful Japanese pizza and other weird take-out on twitter, and would compare it to Ohio food.I've been thinking, and this is ofcourse an unsubstantiated thought, but since I looked over some of Byuu's thoughts that benutz unearthed, it could be possible Byuu killed ximself. in most countries they don't order autopsies for every death that looks like suicide or accident, only when they have a particular reason to be suspicious about it. there simply isn't the capacity to perform that level of examination on every dead body. This is not true. An autopsy needs to be conducted to verify what the body actually died from. There have been cases where a person was murdered without any visible signs of trauma, and then hung on a noose to make it appear as though they committed suicide.
Why would they know anything? Why doesn’t everyone just email Cyber Gadget media relations and politely ask what happened?

If enough people do it then it may produce and answer.
I honestly don't see anything wrong with that. Chances are most foreigners arrested in Japan don't speak Japanese, or have a reliable address and people they know that police can contact so it makes sense that law enforcement there would have more leeway on how long they can hold them. If I'm a Japanese citizen, chances are I have family and coworkers the police can contact if needed, and it's not all that easy for me to just up and dip out of town. If I'm from some other country, as long as I get out of Japan, I'm most likely going to get away with whatever I did with no consequences (not living on the lam like a Jap would have to), and there's not going to be anyone for the police to contact to get information on me from unless they contact foreign law enforcement. This looks like a description of what happens the first 72 hours. If you're a foreigner, and they decide to continue prosecution after 72 hours, you're probably not getting bail.
Under Japanese law, you may be arrested and detained without bail for 48 hours by the police on suspicion of having committed a crime. During this period, the police are required to inform you of the crime of which you are suspected, of your right to remain silent, of your right to hire a lawyer at your own expense, of your right to request a court-appointed lawyer, and of your right to have the Embassy or the Consulate notified of your arrest.
If an arrestee is unable to hire a lawyer, he or she can request a court-appointed lawyer. However, the police usually begin their initial questioning before you have an opportunity to see a lawyer.
If the police believe they have enough evidence to detain you, they must present this evidence to a public prosecutor within the initial 48-hour detention period. The suspect appears before the prosecutor when the police present the evidence. If the prosecutor concurs, he/she must then obtain a warrant of detention from a judge within 24 hours. Again, the suspect would appear before the judge when the warrant is requested. A case could be dropped at either of these stages for lack of evidence, or the investigation may continue.
If an arrestee is unable to hire an attorney, he or she may be entitled to receive a court- appointed attorney if certain conditions are met. If you are interested in a court-appointed attorney, please advise the police, the prosecutor, or the judge.
NOTE: Anyone arrested can request for an attorney on duty (Toban Bengoshi) from the nearest bar association who can visit you once free of charge. Simply ask the police to contact the “Toban Bengoshi” for you. The police has telephone numbers for the nearest bar association for “Toban Bengoshi.” This information is also available on the Japan Federation of Bar Associations website.
Bail
Bail is the exception rather than the rule in Japan and virtually unheard of for foreigners on visitor status. Regardless, bail is not approved until you are indicted. If you are arrested in Japan you will in all likelihood remain in jail until you are indicted or released. Suspects are usually kept at the local jail where they were arrested and generally eat the same Japanese style food as the other prisoners.Arrest Procedures: The First 72 Hours

tl;dr if you're a foreigner (and not a permanent resident) and you get arrested in Japan, and they don't release you after 72 hours, you're staying there until they're through with you. But you're not just automatically found guilty.
Don't touch the p00p. By the commutative property, don't touch someone who has pozloaded my negholep. With the head of his dick.
