So I'll skip the Nintendo talk (because I'm neither a child, nor involved in a cuckold relationship) (jk) and I want to bring up his begathon introduction and that dumb poll he made to show how much he takes feedback.

I noticed on that stream, he was extremely determined to assert how much he cares about your feedback. And this was very noticeable to me. He used some very particular language while speaking about it, and this is the part when he is pre-ordering his excuse to not meet the begathon goal.

Once that happens, it will be "wow you guys, i don't know what else to do, I followed all your feedback and I'm playing something everyone wanted to see but you didn't support me". This is the cheapest way to pathetically pretend you give a fuck about what these subhumans in chat think and absolve yourself of any blame.

He will sit there for hours playing fallout NV, with minimal effort and he already has his excuse lined up.

I don't know, nothing I could do, I'm pressing buttons but these idiots in chat aren't tipping (pure tipping please, don't forget to lie to PayPal about your identity so I don't doxx you )

The more I follow DSP, the less connected with reality it feels.
I cannot understand how he can shamelessly beg and act entitled in return for playing video games. I also don't get how changing what he's wearing is somehow a reward for the viewers.

Can anyone explain it? Here he is outright telling people to come to his stream and give him money:

Notice he started with the earlier ones he has left sitting there for 10 minutes and is giving elaborate responses to each one. Ask the King-tier responses. He is desperate to stall and keep the goal number low while that $50 is sitting there waiting to be put up.

This is easiest one of the sleaziest tactics he uses, and its so obvious. Somehow, it also takes some actual effort on his part, so it's one of the few things he deems worth investing energy into.

Phil did not question or verify who this was, so he recognized the attached email. Yet another whalias.

EDIT: We got a vague revision of the YT adsense 'click the ads' banning.
Now the fraudulent click activity was just this passive thing that happened and got him banned, Google never actually accused him of anything.
They accused you of fraudulent click activity, Phil.
Note that this story only changed because he finally acknowledged that he repeatedly told people to click on ads after having lied about that for years.

I still am very suspicious of how he's making money from YouTube with his AdSense account supposedly lifetime-banned. Did it get appealed? As far as I know AdSense bans are lifetime and permanent. If it's an AdSense account Kat has, then his using it is against their terms of service.

He has not mentioned it very often since getting his account restored, a month after which he finally admitted he told people to click on ads, but claimed that the ban was well after that video was released (I guess as justification for why he had lied about it for years).

He has rarely mentioned this since (at least compared to before) because he seems to realize it's a minefield that is difficult to retcon without saying something that is an obvious lie again. Even today he quickly left that line of thought incomplete and changed topics before he had to provide details to this apparently revised version.

I believe he did appeal it, though there was a while there where he had two Adsense accounts and the trouble came when the wrong (banned) account was attached to his channel, none of which is supposed to be possible. So he pulled some shady shit at some point, but it likely didn't involve Leanna or Kat, and his current account is, presumably, 'legit' again.

I sense a chargeback drama coming as the next emergency after this up coming begathon to raise funds to pay the bills.

As a big fan of Fallout watching Dave play NV is just frustrating. Besides making a beeline to get Boone back to do all the work, he's currently wasting time doing a bunch of bullshit he doesn't need to do. He's going off to a cave to get ingredients to make stimpacks, which he doesn't need to do since he has such a high luck that he can easily get 35,000 caps and get all the supplies he needs at the New Vegas Medical Clinic.

It's not like he hasn't played this game before, isn't this like his third run?

It'd also mean he gets to gamble more, and pretty much never lose which I'm sure he'd love. Pretty sure he's doing what he always does though and wasting time to stretch the game out longer while acting like a gibbon.

There are three likely possibilities.
1. He knows who it is because he recognizes the email, which he can apparently see with the tip message.
2. He knows who it is because they're still using those codewords he had them create. Both of these mean it is an alias for a regular whale - OiC or otherwise. These are the most likely.

Or...

3. Phil is just not checking to see if tips are verified anymore. This would strongly suggest not only that SH has stopped fucking with him, but that Phil has reason to believe SH won't start to fuck with him again. Given that SH is still actively fucking with detractor channels but not moving on this opportunity, it'd be pretty suspicious if Phil was confident he'd be left alone...

He's a shut-in that is able to ignore all other opinions and block any kind of criticism because his only real connection to the outside world is the internet.
