Excuse me while I sit in regret for asking about the details.It was explained in an AMA post he did. He actually researched the anatomy and technique beforehand. Seemingly pushed through the pain with a combo of insane person pain tolerance and desperation.
So there are people who get extremely traumatic injuries and have to get hemicorporectomies, and despite the odds, they are able to live out their life in their post-op body, yet trans people are so uncomfortable having a scrote that it is either DIY severance or necking themselves?
And medical professionals are happy to put these mental wrecks under the knife? Ok. Just checking that we are all on the same page.
