i think it's not that unusual for body mod freaks or castration fetishists. Farrah Flawless split his own dick in half before trooning out iirc. I think there are pics earlier in this thread of a gay guy who also annihilated his junk for sexual thrills.

I’m not entirely surprised that he was able to make it through the pain. I’ve had to read something about torture for a dissertation and the body can really stand a lot of shit, if you don’t touch vital organs.

Sharkboy (/u/stupidstories) the 4chan poster child for failed SRS made a very long post describing everything that's happened to him before and after the surgery. (also posted in Tranny Sideshows thread here where he shows up more often).

It's hard to say what is real, but it is clear that Sharkboy's mental health is very poor and he should have never received the surgery to begin with. He also appears to have no support system other than 'friends' who sometimes allow him to live with them. Aside from the obvious mental instability I find it worrying that hospitals were willing to perform surgery on someone who by his own admission had no stable place to live, and had significant debts and no funds. This story is an absolute disaster from beginning to end.

6. The thing was so stupid that the hospital took responsibility not for his stupid neovagina but for giving him medications that gave him allergy

tl;dr Local psycho noticed that butchering your body was not the magic cure the LGBT community love to peddle, his friends tolerated him until he become a nuisance because lets be real no one like to take care of sick people i hope he can use that support shark to dilate

Tbh I think everyone is overthinking the DIY castration thing.
Is removing your own balls crazy? Painful? Takes an enormous amount of will/madness? Has insane social/personal implications? Sure.
