I'm also voting for the Kevin is a bad friend write-up. Kevin has been my favorite cow for a few years now. It's really fascinating how he and Lori enable the absolute worst parts of each others' personalities.

I think I’ve said this before but I feel like, provided there’s some semblance at all of the old Kevin he used to be somewhere in there, that he might deeply understand how badly he fucked up by being with her but is being so aggressive because he just has to convince himself that he made the right decision.
