Could this perhaps be an extremely early indication of Cushing's Syndrome?They are probably either lipomas (non cancerous fatty tumors) or cysts. Not much is known about how lipomas start on babies, but NHS says they are often painless and inherited from overweight parents. Either one could apply depending on how squishy they are. Both are primarily a cosmetic issue.
We know Ralph has it. Sandra in the wheelchair pic seemed to have it. Xander has grizzled legs...
