Flu infections are down this cycle because of masking. Flu rates should be back to normal in the coming cycle unless there is substantially greater uptake of a reasonably effective vaccine in the general population.

I think it's mainly because no one is actually testing for the flu combined with a much higher uptake of the flu vaccination, which unlike the Covid ones actually works.

Remember the annual flu numbers are almost exclusively based on estimates, PCR testing for seasonal flu is not that common. In the olden times of 2019 we avoided PCR testing for flu because it gave lots of false positives and wasn't a reliable diagnostic tool. Those were the dark ages of medicine...

TLDR lots of deaths that would have been marked down as seasonal flu- type 1 respiratory failure in nursing homes for example, are being given to the kung flu.

That's great to hear. Maybe consider doubling up on the vaccine, if you've taken the Pfizer then also get the J&J? This will also mean 2 instead of 1 boosters so double the protection.

I also understand Moderna are coming out with a flu and Covid combo vax, but definitely get the normal flu vaccine but that shouldn't prevent you from getting that one as well.

The mRNA vaccines are dose dependent. In animal trials large doses of vaccine were required to provoke an immune response, but this had the side effect of killing the test subjects. To get around this the pharma companies have split the dose up and spaced it a few weeks apart, which means most people don't die when they get the jab.

Looking at the numbers from the UK (I assume this is what you're citing) there seems to be little protection from the vaccines full stop. The study was over 6 months and so was recording a dynamic data set. The number of vaccinated was increasing during the study and the number of unvaccinated decreasing. There's also the fact that the elderly were vaccinated first and the vaccines were rolled out during the down curve of the last pandemic wave.

TLDR the vaccines are doing nothing to stop spread. The efficacy in transmission prevention was always a bit iffy, and it turns out they're pretty much useless. The vaccines might be preventing more severe illness and hospitalizations, but if they are it's pretty marginal. My own opinion is that they're a placebo, which is actually good news as the worst possible scenario would be a non sterilizing vaccine that was working as a preventative in allowing more deadly strains to transmit in the vaccinated population.

But don't let anyone tell you what to do. If you want to get the jab get the jab. If nothing else it might be good for your mental health and if you came through the first dose without serious side effects you'll likely be fine to take the second.

Day after day, that's all they wrote, article after article. These desperate vaxx shills are doing the same thing. Spin after spin of propaganda articles. "What hot take can I write today which will convince a few more to get the jab?" "What angle can I take that might change a few more minds?"

And like the TDS writers, they are convinced they are Morally Right and on a holy mission to save us.

The propaganda is literally endless. Vague articles with personal stories of unnamed doctors treating packed hospital wards full of supposedly unvaccinated people.

Meanwhile everywhere else we look where tables and charts are presented, the Vaccination makes no difference.

Even if you think science is objective; scientists are not. Even those that aren't on the crazy left will still not speak out since it's been made very clear that going against the narrative will end your career.

Was actually wondering about that myself recently, why it was that the Chinese did not use mRNA tech. They have no problem stealing tech, and I don't doubt they could've gotten their hands on the formula before it made it out of trials.

Well I of course don't know why the vaccine is harmful to people, but it sure as shit is a lot safer than getting the virus itself.

How much safer is the vaccine? There are deaths caused by the vaccine that the general public, and those subject to this experimental medication, should be made 100% aware of. They aren't being told of the dangers and that is the problem.

You need to give me evidence to back up your claims that the numbers have been fudged, instead of sitting on your high horse and branding me as "biased".

You need to get over yourself, as you seem to be hung up on this bias, which you are guilty of.

As it is according to reasonable sources, 9000 people in the US are dead from a vaccine that 150,000,000 people (0.006% deaths) have gotten, and 600,000 people are dead from a virus that at least 33,000,000 (0.18%) have gotten. Even if the virus had hit twice as many people, that alone shows how the vaccine is useful in preventing further deaths and disease.

Those numbers are incorrect. 180 million+ people have caught the virus. 9500 known deaths and a lot more side effects that aren't being openly explained to the public.

You have brought literally nothing to the table to prove your point, but you complain I'm calling you stupid? Get over yourself.

The coming approved narrative: the dirty unvaccinated are why Covid is mutating.

1st order effect- hand waive away why the vaccines are proving useless at stopping spread. If only everyone would get the jab then we would stop the virus.

2nd order effect- further demonizing Trump supporters. It's obvious that it's conservatives who they'll target with their propaganda bullshit.
