Seems like her calibration is more inclined to her humming as compared to her singing.

yea to me it seems like she's on the spot for most of it. I do think:

EDIT: also think her mic/obs might be gating her high notes to avoid popping/peaking
EDIT2: yea, think her gates is messing with her. Since her hums are going through fine but when she's actually using her vocals the gates come down

that and I saw in chat someone mentioned something about her vocal timbre throwing the game off but I'm no vocalist. I just happen to dabble around with streaming stuff and team gaming peripherals, mics are something of a debate when you dabble in it (like you can use a $5 mic but would it be the best? Maybe you need that standard $40? Still sound like crap? Might need a gate and/or windscreen etc etc you can literally die of boredom trying to troubleshoot.. only to find out the $5 mic wasn't plugged all the way into the jack and sounds 110% better than anything)

I get that, I use a rock band usb mic from 07 hanging from the top of my desk and it still sounds better than some of my friends fancy mic setups.

Makes sense if you think about it, she joins this agency and they start telling her what to do, what she can say, who she can talk to, etc. Goes and streams on her other channel, gets roughly the same amount of viewers but she can do whatever she wants (except breaking the Twitch ToS, of course.)

On top of that, parts of her Twitch community haven't crossed over, because she's probably not allowed to acknowledge her new "job." I've kind of got the sense that she's regretting the move to Phase Connect.

Looks like schizophasia (word salad) to me. There are surprising amounts of legitimate retards and schizos in most VTuber communities. Somehow, they're like flies attracted to shit when it comes to VTubers.

Here we go again I guess.
I bet someone tipped them off that they got a small mention of existence, and after the recent shitfest of asshats trying to take down the farms, these people probably figured it would be an easy band wagon to jump on. What better way to try and get a jumpstart from irrelevance than immediately leading off with victim points from being so viciously assaulted by that wild right wing super dox facility that creates and turns out dem "evil alt-righters." All we gotta do for internet clout is take them down friends!

Side note, I like Irys so far. She's a dorklord of the most EN type and probably hiding some power levels honestly, but seems like she oughta fit right in. The EP wasn't bad either, I can see why they stuck with it. I can't NOT hear a Disney princess vibe from the English bits though. Hoping she goes a bit more adventurous as it goes. Gura's original I liked but I sure wasn't expecting that from her first or anything either, so I'm hoping they just did a safety net first release regarding Irys.
