Also the lack of funds from them.Any cursory glance at the views his youtube videos get disproves that statement immediately.

Yeah, because going into 50K debt for a mobile game is proof of wise financial decisions... Phil would never throw more money than needed to get a new shiny toy.
Good point.By this logic why didn’t he just pay scalper prices from the start? It doesn’t add up to me. Does it make it funnier if he did pay $1,000? Of course it does, I just find it unlikely.
"To be fair" to DSP again, I personally didn't think we would get to mid-July, and both the X-Box and PS5 still wouldn't be in stores yet. Especially with the real lack of exclusives for either console still outside a couple each.By this logic why didn’t he just pay scalper prices from the start? It doesn’t add up to me. I think it's far more likely that he had the money all along. He tried begging for an Xbox and no one fell for it. The begathon was just a thing to do for more money, he's trying to get back to his YouTube days income. If a fan sent this and he was really in dire straits he'd pawn it. Just like if his parents sent Kat cash and he was in dire straits he'd use the money for bills not an exercise bike.Apparently it's impossible for him to have used the marathon money to buy the console because it's impossible to get a console delivered to your house overnight. Not like Amazon has overnight 2 day shipping or anything.
It's been a hot streak of beg, lies, toxicity and entitlement in the last couple days; and there he stands with a new xbox and 350$. Oh and still managed to bitch about how he would have prefered the money instead of the console.
I refuse to acknowledge this creature and his minions as human beings.

He wants gamepass, that's it.Has he even talked about what games he's so desperate to stream on the Xbox that he can't on PS5? Or did he want it purely to scratch his consumerist itch?
He's hyped about the Gamepass thing that lets him rent stuff to play without having to pay for them. His viewer retention is terrible and his fans have short attention spans, so it's perfect for a guy like him.Has he even talked about what games he's so desperate to stream on the Xbox that he can't on PS5? Or did he want it purely to scratch his consumerist itch?
Flight Sim and The Medium are the only two games I've heard him mention by name. Anything else gets shoved into the "variety night" stream bullshit he keeps saying.Has he even talked about what games he's so desperate to stream on the Xbox that he can't on PS5? Or did he want it purely to scratch his consumerist itch?
YesHe wants gamepass, that's it.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't gamepass available for the Xbox One too?
That would mean he also spent between $1000-2000 just to have one laying around for no reason.Phil claims a long time fan contacted him behind the scenes. He had an extra Xbox that he never opened. So he just sent it to Phil through the mail.
"Hey Phil, I just happen to have an unopened brand new machine worth $500-$1000. Here, just take it!"
Seems legit.
Then he had the balls to say he didn't even really want an Xbox because he doesn't care about graphics or the new games. What he really needs is money, so make sure to tip.
