Going back to this photo again, I think he's always had the moles/freckles on the left side of his face. But he definitely does not have any sort of skincare routine and he seems to have acne breakouts and scarring unrelated to his freckles.

I'm going to guess no, mostly for financial and logistical reasons. Neither of them make enough money to live independently. Lori's OF money and Kevin's part time minimum wage job (if he's even working) are going to be barely enough to make ends meet. Neither of them have a friend circle or family available that would let them couch surf or show up with a U-Haul to help them move out on short notice. Those bridges have been ash for a long time now. They can 'break up', but it would be words only. They'll still be sharing a lonely, cluttered apartment, screaming at each other, and getting into fights on social media.

Lori is a professional grifter. I wouldn't put it past her to try and push Kevin away so he's basically forced to move back in with his parents. No. Not only does Lori need his supplemental income and car, but Kevin is obsessed with her. I honestly think at this point if she did try to leave that he would snap and get physical in an attempt to stop it. His delusions are concrete at this point. Without her he has nothing really. He lost his friends, estranged most of his family, devotes all his time to her. His life is being her dog now. He's so insecure and detached from reality that he thinks he can't do better by himself. Maybe someone will step in and seriously try to help him get therapy and get out of the toxic situation, but probably not. We all know Lori is a lost cause that thinks she's thriving and that he's just an inconvenience at this point. I think once we see a public breakdown confirming her cheating again in some way THAT will probably be the final straw. Then she'll just rinse and repeat. Kevin though... I don't even wanna know what the fuck that guy is gonna do.
