I think he was talking about a new webcam, that's my guess.
How convenient that he has "another" fan willing to send him a Series X, but it's really too bad that he was too late with that so he'll send him something else instead. He said that it won't be as exciting as the Series X and it sounded like it will help him more 'behind the scenes'.

Nothing about wanting something, but he's repeating constantly that he has 'no money', even with the fundraiser and the 'massive positivity' from the last week.

You know for a dude who’s all about materialism, Phil is truly a peasant. His car is a fucking Corolla; he owns a mediocre middle condo unit in the suburbs of Washington located in a low-tier “gated” community (literally pressing a button to open an automatic gate as it’s not even manned by a real security guard); he doesn’t own a designer watch; he doesn’t own nor wears designer clothes; he has no cash put aside into a safety deposit box or in a safe in his house (his bankruptcy filings showed he only had $156 in cash in his bank account after he pays all his bills); he has no nice furniture; he has no new gadgets or trinkets that aren’t widely available; he has no investments (EFTs, crypto, 401k); he cannot get access to good credit for a very long time, maybe ever; he owns absolutely no assets besides his shitty house. He has no prospects for his future to guarantee him safety in case of an emergency. Phil fits in the category of people who are a $500-$1000 emergency away from complete financial ruin.
He seriously has very little for a guy that’s consistently dropping the words “success” and “successful” when talking shit about detractors. You really can’t have it both ways: you’re either successful or not. Living a lower middle class life so you can flex on people with mental disabilities cannot be considering winning at life on any shape or form.
He's baiting the Steam Deck by saying that PC gaming's setback is that it isn't portable. Like, dude, stop. It's enough.
