it's not even real clarity imo. he's still oversharing delusional bullshit for twitter validation. it's more like he got a sudden sense of what ordinary people would want to hear him say. imo it probably is true that a coworker's criticism set him off, then he felt so bad that his usual cope couldn't fill the void, so instead he bravely confesses his struggles and promises to see a therapist for a confessor. he has to be public and dramatic so he can bask in the sense of absolution for a few days.
