There's an old tweet on here somewhere in which John stupidly brags that he hasn't read a book since something like the year 2000. This certainly helps to explain his long and unsuccessful career as a college student.

It's release date was May 14. John dedicated well over 1/4 of the hours a normal person would have put into working their full time job over those two months to replaying a game series that's a decade old.

Let's also not forget that John has admitted to replaying the series over and over again for years now, so it's funny he'd feel the need to play games he's beaten umpteen times already, more than enough playthroughs to see every possible outcome. He's also gushed over having a particular fondness for ME2, but for the life of me, I can't imagine why.
