Excellent dying tissue sir.

The second image looks more like he has a wound vac on his crotch, the black stuff you called dead tissue could be the foam for packing a wound vac wound. The other reasons I think it might be is because he has a weird film around his crotch and legs which looks like the film used for a wound vac, and the fact that there's a few too many tubes going into his crotch even if they're running a flush on his cath. Didn't bother to read the linked post though so I could be wrong.

So I guess some crazy tranny decided to go to India of all places to get some kind of ass surgery, and now their back muscles are paralyzed.

Just as a heads up, this is pretty gross even by this thread's standard.

So based on this comment

I think he was trying to get fat moved from his stomach to his ass (the Brazilian butt lift thing) to counter the Hank Hill ass that so many MtFs have?

But dear lord my first thought was that he tried to get his ass made into a "vagina"

Why not do squats instead of this?

The horror underlying it all; they can't talk about this with other people who might be affected by experimental surgeries, warn anyone who's about to get butchered, and here, in the one place where it's openly being discussed and surgeons are getting exposed, they'll have to dig through dozens of pages of nonsense posts to find one that includes:

  • the surgeon's name
  • what complications there were
  • why it's an unsafe surgery or approach
  • how many people have been fucked up by that "doctor"

When I originally made this thread I wanted to discuss the way that their community silences itself about these unethical scumbags. I figured we've already got like ten threads for troons and their gore, this might be a place some would come to expose doctors who were using the community's bad behavior to cover up malpractice and surgical disasters that could have been avoided.

It's not that, but it's got so much documentation of just how unsafe these surgeries still are. Until that entire community starts to openly talk about these problems with their pet doctors, they're going to just keep getting their bodies destroyed.

It takes research into positive and negative results to ethically research what surgical methods have the best results and how to do them. The silencing of damaged people is communal self-harm on a level I've rarely seen before.

If I knew someone I cared about planning one of these surgeries, I'd beg them to read through this thread before committing to it. If it was someone that truly meant a lot to me, I'd edit a document showing only the applicable ones for them and do my best to obscure that it came from the farms. It makes me so sad and angry that threads and info like these are demonized in the trans community for being scare-mongering and not matter how botched, the trans person has to still bleat the party line that it was 100% worth it and they'd do it again.

Every time I bring up the horror of SRS (with evidence obv) to friends they just say "Well it's a persons right to fuck up their own body." It's seriously not even worth it to have the discussion.

It's funny, /pol/ often jokes that 'no one hates black people as much as black people', because most harm and violence against blacks is done by other blacks (of course reality is more nuanced than that, but they're not entirely wrong). You can make the same point for the trans community. No one does as much harm to trans people as other trans people, in every possible way. But hiding the truth about the risks and consequences of surgeries is certainly the worst thing this 'community' does.

nigga learn 2 google

If you type

site:website.com "term"

All you'll get are pages containing the word "term" on that website

So you search site:https://kiwifarms.net/threads/srs-and-grs-surgeons-and-associated-horrors.76786 "bowers"

And voila:

They're united by their shared delusions, taking that away or acknowledging the flaws in it would instantly dissolve the community. You can't have open and honest conversations about the results when the majority of people involved are literally delusional. Anyone who attempts to will be instantly rejected as a self preservation method for the group.

They'll never be able to advocate for better results(whatever that implies) because
1. That would mean acknowledging the people who complained prior were right
2. I suspect many of the surgeons would refuse claiming that their results are adequate, and if you don't want a flesh pocket to my standards go somewhere else.

The potential for disgruntled trannies forming a movement and bringing the issue to the wider public's attention is there. If this happens though I think the shock of even seeing good results would cause most people to ask that these doctors license be revoked rather than them getting shamed into "better results".

If there’s anything analogous, it’s the way fat people talk about the negative side effects of being fat. Except even they are more honest than troons.

One thing I’ve always wondered is like, what % of IRL trannies even WANT the surgery in the first place? My impression it’s only a tiny minority that even considers this as something to aspire towards (like, under 10%) but I’d be interested in knowing the real number.

According to this site less than 0.1% of US trannies get the surgery each year. It's probably even lower now that trannies are more accepted and don't feel the need to medically transition, only the most mentally ill ones want it

Ok then: they silence each other about negative surgery outcomes the same way they silence each other about literally anything they don't want to hear, which is to threaten to kill themselves if anyone shares their honest opinion. They only let people who agree with threatening suicide moderate internet platforms that would otherwise alert them. They threaten to cancel (or sometimes physically harm) any professional that might warn them of the dangers of medical/surgical transition. I don't know of trans people who don't think that they should be "protected" from other people's thoughts, at least on some level. That position is incompatible with obtaining truth. You usually have to sift through a lot of shit to find out what you need to know before deciding anything important. Somehow troons think they can censor people and come away from censored discussions genuinely informed.

It is a really great illustration of how lying is dangerous to individuals first, and then eventually society if its allowed to continue.

isn't there some kind of surgery trannies can get to give them more defined hips? I see a lot get butt implamts but from the front their shoulder to hip ratio is just so sad. Most don't even try padding the sides, like they're not even aware how manly their narrow hips make them look.

I think the only way to even attempt something like that is with lypo and fat redistribution. Similar to the butt guy from earlier.

Brazillian butt lifts/fat transfers can be used to fill and round out the hips. That's usually what happened when you see Insta models who look like molar teeth.
