Phil would have to be dumber than we could imagine to use one of his real emails to register here. It takes 10 minutes to make a gmail account. That being said he is definitely a frequent lurker.
Dave's universal password was "Mrstupid1" before it got found out.
He called his WWEchampions account TheycallmeDSP.

He's not exactly the most stealthy on the interweb. At least when Chris Chan made sock accounts he would try using different names.

Alota P. Paul in this thread seem to misunderstand personal bankruptcy. Debt is a civil matter not a criminal matter and the government really has zero vested interest in if your debts are discharged to credit card companies or not. On top of that the bankruptcy judge is really only there to determine if your are going to pay back your debts or not and going before a bankruptcy judge is pretty much proof you wont. Something really important to remember is something like 99% of personal bankruptcy cases are granted. This is also generally a good thing. Its frustrating that scumbags like DSP abuse the system but generally a good thing the justice system doesn't punish people for being poor or going broke.

TL;DR DSP didn't get lucky or outsmart the system. He, like other jerk offs, announced "I am too much of a scum bag to be responsible for the debt I fairly took on" and the courts, like they always do, said "sure, you are a scumbag, we agree. Granted."

I assumed that was your angle. It's the first thing I think of when I see that word too.
Schrodingers Cat is a good channel on YT to see some neanderthal tards get arrest. The 1st amendment auditors become journalist all of a sudden. Their audio even picks up their mouth breathing.

Also, I'm thinking @Coke Zero is onto something about the "I have no paycheck" possibly being waiting for the furniture people to deliver. See all of ya'll sooner than later. Going to "tune in" to a restream the audio.

@Sender post made me think. He doesn't want us to know its him but at the same time he loves the recognition and thinks he's gods gift to the streaming world

Looks like the trolls lost again

If Dave were using another person's Adsense account then that would have significant tax implications, since the 1099-Misc would be be sent to the other party and they would have to pay tax on it. Is this just speculation or is there evidence that he's doing this?

But was she doing her "job" as a professional? Yeah she got him off but by helping him withhold how much until questioned? She would've been wiser to turn the case down after Dave didn't give reasonable information
She's a Bankruptcy Attorney, not an investigator. She presents to the courts what her client declares to be a full accounting of their finances and accounts. If a client fails to disclose assets or accounts that is on the client.

im not celebrating just yet until he reveals it, but if it turns out to be a chair when every single kiwifarms user was saying it would be a chair...that will be the final surprise from yesterday, from Phil laughing at how wrong people were about what it would be

"NO ONE GUESSED WHAT THE SURPRISE WAS! Ack ack ack ack, you guys didn't know! Peepul in chat are saying they guessed chair? But it's not a chair it's a loveseat ack ack ack."

EDIT: And this is no exaggeration. According to Phil no one guessed the $1k positive reveal correctly because they said "DSP got a cat" and in reality the reveal was "I've had a secret cat for about 10 months now."

Relevant Tevin timestamps (you should really watch the whole thing if you haven't already):
