General Discussion for Virtual Youtubers / Vtubers / Chuubas - it's okay to be a simp for 2D, just don't thirstpost.

Someone was told to git gud one too many times.
At this point she is kinda smurfing. This will get toned down soon enough. Not by a lot though.
i dont know what her old account was ranking wise but her movements are some of the best i have seen from vtubers,

the tldr of karen podcasts 101
  • Mum and dad Alocholics dad functional mum was less so
  • Sister and her basically raised themselves
  • beaten and sexually harassed throughout highschool
  • told unfuckable while being ass slapped pretty regularly
  • went to catholic school payed by grandparents
  • rich kids did all sorts of stuff to her didn't get punished cause money
  • doesn't trust people with her body
  • doesn't feel sexual feelings often
  • only one guy she truly trusts still panics at even thinking of him touching her
  • been with no one and never been touched with anyone
  • basically worked her own ass to where she is now side jobs and all
  • mum got clean for her and sister
  • mum happy and remarried
  • karen still unsure what she is asexual or just fucked up
yeah like been repeated here few times but now in list form
jfc, hope karen ended up found out to be demisexual rather than asexual. but again, might be hard looking for person like that.

i get where she going, people found she is attractive once she make it big, trust issue might be big part of it now if someone pop up and try to get to know her. having her move to japan, and act like true japanese as workaholic might be one way she distract herself

Whats the appeal of Pokemon Unite?
The game is a terrible watered down MOBA, is it really just the Pokémon name?
>watered down MOBA
That's the fun part - no more "correct" itemization, no spending 15 minutes to farm up and level up, no having to play the game for 1 hour or more despite knowing you're already losing.

Pick a lane, punch your opponents, fight as a team, win/lose all in 10 minutes.

As an avid League Fan, Pokemon Unite scratches some itches that more conventional MOBAs can't.

As someone who hates MOBAs I've been watching some gameplay from rogue streams in my sub box and it actually doesn't look half bad at all. No doubt a F2P Pokémon game is it's big pull, mind you, meaning the longevity of getting invested in the game speaks for itself.

It seems very accessible for people not acclimated to how MOBA systems usually are which is a good thing because MOBA systems typically make the games miserable.

Honestly, the appeal for me is the games being 10 minutes long. It's nowhere near the depth of "big boy" MOBAs, but if you wanna play a game that's kinda like them that you can get in and out of in a short period of time, it's pretty good. I think it'll ultimately live or die on whether the mobile version catches on, but it's a nice diversion for now.

Nah, it won't die quickly imo. It's the premiere MOBA on Switch, because your only other choice is Arena of Valor (lmao); and it's a free game

True, but traditionally console MOBAs haven't exactly been known to set the world on fire. Most of them just sorta limp along after the initial hype. Granted, this does have the Pokemon branding, so lots of microtransation opportunities are definitely there.
