VShoujo collabed with Nuxtaku a few times before. I don't think you'll find many relevant people in the AniTuber- or VTuber-spheres who are more "problematic" than that edgy comedian, unless you go for the outright reactionary neckbeard types who none of them would want to touch with a 10ft pole.

Nene was a literal-who 1K sub V-Tuber on YouTube. She had experience and she did collaborate with other small-time tubers. Lamy comes from an ASMR scene. Botan does also have streaming experience but to what degree I can't gauge.

Botan was a pretty well-known games commentator and also did quite a lot of VTuber-streams on her channel, yes.

A 90bpm baseline during a livestream sounds pretty normal to me. She's talking to thousands of strangers who give her money after all, virtual avatar or not.

If she's still unsure, then there's a high likelyhood that she's demi or simply repressed because of the trauma, which is understandable with the shit she experienced.
Genetically "hard-wired" asexuality is pretty rare (like 1%~) and many self-identifying aces got to that point through trauma, bad experience, lack of opportunity or sex-drive getting suppressed by lifestyle or meds (commonly antidepressants).

Dude the post is about "the big collab" of niji/vshojo/pika/otv but somehow you manage to make it as hololive is shit talk. Why can't you just focus on what went wrong with the said collab.

Nijifans sometimes baffles me since a lot of them often acted holier-than-thou simply because Holo is an idol group, despite Niji also has a lot of skeletons in the closet. Like hell, they used to have an actual sex pest (which by the way was fired very quickly) and actual bullying scandal. Nijifans loves to look down on the Holo gachikoi, even though Niji might have worse gachikois than Holo. Unlike idol fans that is usually aware of the nature of the industry, Nijifan culture is looking more like e-celebs fandom, with possibly worse gachikois than Holo's

I'll repeat this again, but it seems like Holo EN's on a shorter lease when it comes to external collabs (well, creative direction in general) than Holo JP. I mean Holo JP and Niji JP collab all the time with seemingly no issues, heck Ollie managed to snag one with Gundou Mirei.

Another theory is maybe they just don't have that many connections outside Hololive save for a few (Calli and Ironmouse, Ina and Pikamee), or maybe disinterested in it. There's also scheduling issues with who the heck knows what they're doing when they're not streaming.

And we finally have someone with a working brain here. Holo's management might be strict, but they're quite justified for that. Managers are ultimately the one in charge of the talent, and since sometimes the talents might not know/realize the adminstration/business side of things, they might do something that would harm the corporate's image. Still, however, there are also cases like Coco where the managements are too strict and conventional with things. So fuck them I guess, but also kind of not

However, there's one more big reason...

My take on the whole Hololive collab restriction stuff is that its probably more to do with the talent's want to collab. Cali and Kiara were able to collab with Vshoujo because they're the most extroverted of the group. Ina was able to collab with Pikamee but I seriously doubt she would ever collab with Vshoujo. Ame gives off the vibe of a company girl who probably won't do a collab unless it benefits the Hol brand as a whole, not to mention she's relatively tame when collabing even with people inside Hololive. And as for Gura, forget about it. After seeing her "attempt" at prank calling Ina, I'm not sure she'll collab with anyone outside of Hololive if ever.

One of the reason why HoloEN rarely collabs with people outside is this, they're the outsiders, even among the industry. A lot of them only have barebone streaming experience, and you can't call any of them to have a VTuber background, at least a VTuber in the Japanese/Asian standard. Compare that to NijiEN's background who a lot of them are Asians and were previously VTubers.

Because HoloEN's member didn't used to be a VTubers, they didn't know anyone on the industry, and might not even care about it since they don't have any loyalty to the scene and/or people itself. This is why Kiara and Calli pushed to collab with VShoujo because in their western eyes, they're the only EN VTubers that the knew at that point. They're basically the opposite of the likes of Ollie that collabed left and right because she used to be a VTubers and a fan of the people on the industry

TL;dr= HoloEN members never became a indie VTubers, that's why they don't care with the indie VTubers

Indeed, anglo streaming industry and its people have too many possibilities to have something goes wrong. The reason is because the culture between Twitch streaming and Youtube streaming is different, on top of the difference of approach to streaming between the West and Asia/Japan

Shit happens when you're the odd one out, but at least I haven't gotten anyone pregnant nor gained STDs after breaking out my shell. I can sort of relate since I went to a private school which was filled with Outcast for the most part.
People in those settings don't know their head from their asses and will essentially imitate anything they see on TV that looks or seems trending.
Parents doing dirty favors for the principal will allow kids to have some immunity which allows the school as a whole to pass autistic children through the ranks even if they're below average or not up to par.

The amount of people hololive collabs with are fairly limited to either Niji and people the first generations interacted with or people loosely related to vtubing like their mamas. I think ID probably has the most freedom as to who they can collab with and EN probably second on that.

Pages and pages of arguing just because one retard see an open nijisanji fan mention hololive in his post and immediately tip his fedora in defense of hololive honor while @Scuttle's point was hololive management was actually justified in holding a tight rein on collab because the big collab in question was a disaster.

I have been in this thread from page 1 and while I'm not saying there is a correlation, this thread really have gotten progressively worse the more hololive fans joins.
