I don't think it does. Some LGBT activism goes too far in my opinion but two guys enjoying each others assholes are neutral to society. If it outrages someone - it's on the outraged party. I mean, I wouldn't like to look at two guys kissing passionately (generally not a fan of public displays of affection) but then I can turn my head and look at something else.

This is a community. Over time every community develops some sort of inner language and inner jokes. This is no exception. If you learn them you'll have easier time understanding conversations.
