On the subject of actual proof supporting or disproving the suicide of Near, I believe one of the most promising options is waiting for an update to the U.S. Citizen Deaths Overseas database[1] published by the Bureau of Consular Affairs. Thankfully it is free-access, unlike the Death Master File[7]. I don't know how
complete it is though, but it's a start.
According to the website the information is updated every six months, and the most recent date available for query is Dec 2020. Therefore it is quite likely we're due for an update soon.
There are 62 deaths listed as suicide from 2010 to 2020; only one, however, in the entire 2020 year. Given that the date listed is apparently accurate to the day, *not* having a suicide event listed within a 15 day window should be rather damning evidence that the suicide narrative is untrue.
The data given is only DATE / TOWN / CAUSE OF DEATH. In earlier years, the place of death was sometimes given to ward granurality, but in 2020 the best it gets is "TOKYO - JAPAN". The date, however, is apparently accurate to the day. It is not disputed that the date of death is 2021-06-27 or 2021-06-28.
As for location, every post I find mentions Tokyo. The infamous Google Doc says Near "moved to Tokyo", and wikifur (WTF) lists their place of death as "Arakawa, Tokyo"[2] without citing sources.
AS FOR OTHER FACTS (just to recap and summarize the current state of what is known)
- The person pictured in Near's last tweet is, in fact, Near. The recent USATODAY article[3] includes two photos (of Beckett provenance) and they're both unmistakably the same person as the photo in Near's tweet. They also match up pretty good with photos from a Patrick Tresner's Facebook[4, jump to oldest], a fact pointed out by @Wy4M early this month[5].
- Near's real name is David Kirk Ginder and is/was married to Tresner; this matches with the USATODAY article (remember all info there comes from the mouth of Beckett), with Tresner's Facebook history, and with @MourningDove's ThisWeekNews home sale's article[6] which includes the names.
Is there any other fact which can verifiably and above doubt be said to be true, which will help correlate any official documents or information?
Also, who the fuck is this Beckett clown and his "DataPower Development" company in Hong Kong? They're both mentioned in the USATODAY article, but I can find fuckall about either of them on the public Internet, except for a barebones linkedin entry of the "guy himself", and this[8] liquidated-in-2002 entry for a company based in HK. Is either of those legit? The in-site account for Beckett has a verified (?) tag on it, but (pardon my being a fucking retard) is that supposed to mean he's verified his identity to a mod here? Or that the account belongs to a fucking cow? See

I was going to posit that a man coming forward under his own real name, representing his
own real company while speaking to a major newspaper would have something to lose in case this is all, y'know, a fucking EverGiven-sized gayop. But I haven't been able to find much about either; then again, I'm not in that particular industry.
