Honestly, and it's been said on here numerous times, but why would you drag Cole into this? He made the conscious effort to disassociate himself. He grew up in the same fractured, fucked up household, and knew that he had to leave it all behind. Now imagine being Chris, who was confined to that environment. Cole has previously stated that he had been physically abused by Barb, with punishments such as ass beatings, cold showers, and "bizarre scenarios".

Before dementia fucked her up, Barbera could be an evil, manipulative women at times. Cole had to hire detectives to find out who his biological father was, as Barbera always lied about the identity of his father. You could easily read into this in your own time, and draw parallels to Chris' own upbringing. But to get to the point, Cole has nothing to do with this. We should leave him to live his life in peace without being associated to this mentally incompetent manchild.

He wasn't arrested and he certainly isn't on trial.

Holy shit. Unexpected twist of the year.

I only kind of watch at an angle, but was NOT expecting this.

Guess the old "oh, no balls, can't sexual assault" we've been seeing from some troons doesn't hold water any more.

I can't believe it got verified as real. I thought this morning it was just some bullshit.

I can't imagine anyone would want to hear that their mother, no matter how abusive, was getting raped by their autistic half brother

To anyone saying Chris will be deemed too insane to go to trial, let us remember the court needs to find that he not only has a mental disorder that MAKES him do these things and in a way where it is deemed "he thinks this is ok" which is one mark against that cause we know Autism doesn't make you rape...usually. They also have to find he's too insane to do pretty much anything which we know isn't true as he tweets, shops, goes to cons, drives, etc, all on his own with no special permissions or supervision. so another mark against that. And 3 hearing Chris out right state and in detail I may add, how he coerced his own mom into it and it not being just a heat of the moment (I barfed typing this out) type thing will basically tell the court he forced himself on HER not the other way around, so that's three strikes and he's out.

The fact is Chris could never get the insanity plea because of the criteria and not only that but they are super strict / picky on who gets it and who doesnt. Not only that but the restrictions that come with an insanity plea would KILL Chris and his lust for attention.

Innocent until proven guilty is a good idea. However, this is a tape, not some obese white woman simply declaring something without any evidence. Innocent until proven guilty, but there is good reason to think this person is guilty. It's his word against his own word.

Regardless, this will be resolved quickly if innocent through the checkups and interviews.

Reputation is important, but with Chris they aren't exactly losing much so I don't really view this as a great miscarriage of Justice.

I feel like I'm in denial or something. How the fuck could this be real? If it isn't, why hasn't he denied it given the many chances?
