Bob and Barb married because Bob was a pathetic drunken wreck coming off of a previous divorce, searching for a warm hole to make the prickly wicklies go away. BPD Barb saw dollar signs and one thing led to another.

Bob was a dogshit father. You could only damn him with faint praise by calling him better than Barb, which ain’t saying much. When we saw Bob, it was in the rare moments where he got fed up with the nonsense around him, so we think he was based. We didn’t see the Bob that enabled his son and wife the other 99.9% of the time, who put the Greene County/Megan/Game Place conspiracies in his head, who falsely told him that getting a job would jeopardize his SSDI benefits. We mostly only saw the results of his parenting: Christian Weston Chandler.

When Bob told Chris to cut down the internet, it didn’t get cut down. When he tried to stop Barb and Chris from spooning, that clearly didn’t take (sorry but “he tried” isn’t good enough for that shit). He was a weak man, and a terrible parent to Chris by any measure.

Realize that in life, sometimes you have to recognize the lesser of two evils. In this case, Bob is the lesser of the two evils.

Crazy how quickly this thread went from skeptical of the audio logs being real, and as soon as it started trending everyones decided that chris is a mommy rapist. As a long time Chris follower I don't believe he would actually assault his mother, but I guess we'll know for sure if he's charged with anything. The thing about Chris is that nothing he says is trustworthy, and on top of that he lives an elaborate fantasy life in his head that he's willing to believe is real. The most likely outcome is that he came up with this fantasy about his mother in c197 or something and a troll coerced it out of him. That being said, this is definitely the start of something interesting, because the state of Virginia is definitely not going to let him stay at 14 bc after an admission like that, if Barb even wants anything to do with him anymore. This is probably going to be the premature ending of the What will happen when Barb dies thread.

This was my initial thought, from the first time I heard the audio leaks they just sounded like Chris spilling out his fantasy to this presumed gal pal/female white knight, but like you said we'll know for sure if he's charged with anything. The thread did an incredible job jumping the gun, but I think it's just cause we're all excited to finally have some real drama like in the years before, Chris doing REAL dumb shit.

Chris has told multiple people it's all true. His mother is taken into protective custody, and hes been forced out of his house. His family has refused to let him stay with him.

I know that its hard to accept this, but we all just think he did it. There was an entire thread of people DESPERATE to say it didnt happen, and now we're here.
