Really, it's easy to understand that Chris is desperate. For anything really, though in this case I would say validation. He wants to believe so badly that CWCville exists, his perfect little paradise where his hedgehog children exist and he's cool and popular and is everything he is not in reality. So when somebody comes along like the idea guys with some absurdly dumb thing like a fucking moon laser is going to blow up CWCville, Chris believed it because it meant somebody else was saying CWCVille existed.

Its kind of odd because after the shitshow that went down where Chris ended up Catch-22ing himself with Simonla, you'd think Chris wouldn't allow his paradise to be open to that kind of thing again. However, the difference is that where Simonla was a trigger for apparently the fucking apocalypse because it involved Chris being forced to remove something he'd put into his fantasy, what the Idea Guys did was frame things to be seen by Chris in a way that he himself would decide they should be added. How the hell they got Neptunia video game goddesses into this I don't know and really I don't particularly care, but as seen with how Chris continued to latch onto the Blue Heart bullshit for years, it was something he DEEPLY found appealing and so integrated it into his personal world.

This extends to Chris in the real world now since he's, essentially, allowed fantasy and reality to blend together (stupid shit like claiming he has psychic powers, etc.). So, if it's something he feels he wants, he'll work towards it regardless of any major red flags that somebody who isn't in a mind-rotted mental state like Chris. This is insanely dangerous because it gets into "I can do no wrong because I do not know what wrong is" territory. Hell, just look at Chris in the past - he used to be strongly anti-alcohol until he actually had some and then poof, that whole thing was gone. Being comically anti-LBGT? Welp he's a tomgirl and then full on trans now so his blood being the cure for gay people ain't true anymore. But remove a person's limitations to the point that actual ethics and morals are no longer a consideration...well...you get a severely autistic man sexually abusing his own elderly mother.

I hope this isn’t real, but if it is, Null, you’ve gotta cut ties man. There is just no good to come out of this if it is real, just give him the money you owe him and bail, it’s a hopeless situation. All of the people who spent so much time trying to help Chris got burned hard today.
