Assuming his claims are true, he did something very bad. But we all know he's not of sound mind and hasn't been for some time. Very few people who do antisocial behavior are doing so out of desire to be antisocial or malicious; they are able to justify to themselves their actions as just. As before, there seems to be a very good chance that some trolls played a part in helping Chris build up that justification.

What exactly should be the consequences for Chris? Do you really think there's no redemption for him and he should just suffer forever regardless of him being a gullible, possibly schizophrenic idiot? He hasn't learned his lesson about trusting randos on the Internet, no; but now it should be clear that he is incapable of it. His brain is broken and this is another, if particularly grotesque, manifestation of it. How would prison help him? Does he deserve death?

Even now, I can't bring myself to hate Chris. It's still just pity. And I hope that those in his life who have been sincerely trying to help him and keep him safe, including Null, do not abandon him, because he needs that help now more than ever.

At this point death is just a salvation for Chris. Sorry, but not sorry. His life has been ruined beyond saving, and you all know it to be so. He was a ticking time bomb, and it just went off now. One does not simply go around piecing exploded bomb pieces together. Let the dead men rest in peace.

Don't try to act like you have 'moral high-ground' when you all have been torturing him for years like ravenous paparazzis just for fun.

this thread took a really sincere turn. I guess now that chris is gone (in a figurative and possibly literal sense) all we got now is each other. at the end of the day, we come to kiwifarms to laugh. but now we're here to mourn. Cwc shows how little it takes for people to come together. At the end of the day, we're a community, and with cwc gone for the forseeable future, we gotta stick together.

Laugh together at one, cry together as one.

I don't think he even understands that Barb didn't/couldn't consent. We can't have predicted he was up to something sinister by his behavior in videos or on social media because, to him he was doing nothing wrong so he had no reason to be acting shady or like he was hiding something.

I'm not going to say there weren't any signs, he did openly admit to having sex dreams about Barb and having a fetish for elderly people, but we can't assume that because somebody has a fucked up dream and decides it's a good thing to share it with the world, that that means they'll actually do the fucked up thing IRL.

I figure if charges are brought, it will end with him being put into some sort of mental home and not a prison. His total lack of understanding that what he did was even a crime makes me more certain that this will be the outcome.

I have also followed CWC since 2008. Before the CWCki went down a few days ago, I happened to be reading the IRC chat log where he impersonated a troll and tried to convince his fellow trolls to make him rape Rocky, his elderly church counselor.

That combined with every female encounter he's ever had involving sexual assault in some form, namely forced kisses or groping, always had me thinking that rape was a possibility.

However, I certainly yield that I never wanted to believe he'd rape his mother.

Bob really gave him whatever semblance of sanity he had back then, and that's how you and I will always see CWC, but Bob has been gone for a decade now.

Some fag claimed to have video on Twitter of the act. That's the source of that rumor I believe.

Though the text messages on page 1 of this thread do mention her telling him to stop because something hurt. I can't read it again. I wont.

Remember when he talked about shame a few weeks ago, and how he was acting indignant at the thought about being ashamed about stuff. It was the same indignance he showed when he defended that dude blasting his own mom.
