his story is such a cautionary tale. it’s everything wrong with letting your child run rampant with no boundaries or punishments, making them believe that they’re entitled to special treatment because they’re autistic, and never clipping their wings and giving them the opportunity to live as an adult on their own. just a horrific combination of so many things, but as with most criminals, it starts at home.

I'm relatively new to Christory - I only learnt about Chris in 2020 - and I'd always felt that Chris was mistreated for a good deal of his life and that he didn't deserve what he got. Given that he's just raped his elderly mum and stole 750 dollars off her just so he could go to the shopping centre, and then lied to the one person on this planet who didn't want to troon him out, scam him, make money off him or A-log him, I've reached the point where I've come to think that he deserves whatever he gets. I'll keep him in my prayers, but I've lost a lot of sympathy for him.

Chris is entitled to a $1200 monthly payment from the DSS because of his autism and the fact the DSS believes he's unable to work. This was paid to Barb. Barb usually sent him (what I'm assuming is) pocket money. She can't do that for reasons that should be obvious, and Chris has access to Barb's account for some reason, so he did the "logical" thing and stole $750 from it so he could go shopping.

Why would he want to do that? Chris has treated him like shit. He has no reason to do anything for Chris at this point.

This is what was confusing me while I was reading people blaming KF for ruining Chris' life. Barb is not absolved of guilt here, she is totally at fault for this, Chris is a product of his environment and has there been any bigger influence on Chris than Borb?

Yeah, as someone who had a shared "college kid" account with a parent at BoA when I was still in high school, I never got any emails when there were transfers made between the accounts like if my folks would send me lunch money or something. Idk what the standard is for "large" transfers but based on what I've seen and my own experience at BoA it's clear to me that Chris zelle'd himself money to his own separate account.
