Absolutely fucking insane. To give you a picture, this thread has the 3rd biggest number of posts in this forum but this thread also has the biggest post growth per month of all time.

This thread also has 4th biggest views but remember that this thread is barely a year old while the bigger ones are several years old. So this thread also has the biggest view / traffic growth per month of all time.

Basically, both post and view count will overtake them all to be the number 1 in the matter of some months forward.

And all of these while inside a Multimedia sub.

As for own sub, please no lol. Kinda comfortable this way.

Give it some time, keep the bleach on the top shelf for a while. All this recent stuff is very new still, it probably start dying down in the coming weeks. If it fucking escalates even more than it is currently, I want first dibs on the bleach

So with Matsuri's recent Member-Only stream being tame, and mainly about future projects. Both Shion and Haachama being back without any strings attached and both seemingly happy, are we out of the woods as far as any sudden bad news is concerned? The only thing I can think of is Aki since she's on a health-related break, but honestly, outside of that there haven't really been any red flags and she's still active on Twitter and in the Hololive Summer mood.

I guess there's Mel's roommate wanting to be a vtuber, even having a design for one created by Nabi mama (a gorgeous one at that). But her streaming and doing stuff outside of Hololive is nothing really new.

Also, Miko got a new room for her 3rd Anniversary, lots of really neat easter eggs.

Suddenly she's getting collaborations out the wazzoo, she mentions that even after doing a few she has 10 more lined up for the month (which ended up being a lot more, but still).

During the Mario Party Collab the day prior as things were winding down she was noticeably off, and when it came time to do the announcements at the end the way she said she had an announcement the next day and wanted people to watch was very offputting.

I know this, because I genuinely had a feeling in my gut when I went to bed that day and had to try and convince myself that I was going crazy. But we all know how that ended.

It will probably fizzle out, just like the supposed suicide of that emulator guy. Interest in vtubers can fizzle out as well, but it will most likely happen slower than Sonichu Oedipus.

Most graduation announcements are swift and out of nowhere and that's the case right down to the Indies. Even Coco left for reasons we didn't necessarily consider. We don't know what anyone wants until it's already time to see them off.

I don't think this is EN2 just because IRyS has barely arrived. Like I know she's not part of the HoloEN release pipeline because she was an entirely separate audition, but it would still feel a bit unfair if she's completely overshadowed just a day or two after she's allowed to interact with anyone else.

I don't think this is EN2 just because IRyS has barely arrived. There was way more time between the gen2 auditions and today, then there was for the Gen 1 and their debut, if you're directly comparing they're actually overdue, that being said directly comparing is kind of a stupid thing to do and doesn't make any sense. Also IRyS already has a fairly dedicated fan base myself included!

Huh? I'm not comparing them to Gen 1. I'm saying that IRyS was only given 2-3 weeks to herself, and that even though I UNDERSTAND IRyS is 'HoloEN but not HoloEN' I still feel they could've gave her some more breathing space considering the V-Singer audition was even longer then the Gen 2 one (assuming that's what this is).

For me it was just how they personally blamed mangement for the so called "choice". But that's the life of vtubing, someone's gonna have a gripe with something regardless of whose call it was.
