The feds wouldn't be involved over this lol. The only possibility is that by taking the money from Barb's account he violated the protective order and was arrested. I believe Null stated he reported the theft to the police.

I don’t know if this matters and I can’t believe I’m even writing to speculate about incest law, but I’d always inferred that it was intended to be read as an older relative abusing a younger one or child. I don’t really want to know and I definitely don’t want to do the research myself, but is there any legal precedent for two people well into adulthood like this? This is fucked up and vile beyond belief, but it lacks the extreme predatory elements implicitly associated with incest that make it really deeply evil.

It was discussed in the livestream Null was on last night, but the law says it’s a felony, and if Barb consented she could be charged as well. So yeah, doesn’t matter if both parties are grown consenting adults, still a crime.
