That's basically what a personality disorder is.

It's not an illness, it's a person's actual personality. Their personality is disordered. To meet the criteria of a personality disorder it has to be so pronounced - as in, they're so much of a fuck up - that it makes them a nightmare to deal with or they're unable to function. Every single person on Earth has some personality disorder traits, as it's impossible not to; there's no such thing as a "normal personality" (maybe you're quick to temper, maybe you can be a bit manipulative, maybe you aren't the most empathetic person in the world etc. etc.). A clinical diagnosis of a personality disorder can be applied to two people who behave very differently, as they're rough groupings (e.g. you need 5 of 10 traits to meet the diagnosis; one person has one lot of 5 and on has a completely different group of 5).

Generally it's just a grouping exercise to try and deal with how they behave, and try and make them less of a nightmare through treatment (although generally speaking they tend to be very treatment resistant, because it is trying to change someone's actual personality).

I think that was later on or another person, all of this was slightly before the Clyde cash saga.
I also just remembered that MetricInchworm was a character with a very Japanese name to sell Chris on the fact that he was a developer working for Nintendo. We coordinated our sending of Emails and posted drafts on the PVCC.

In the beginning when contacting Chris I would use Lawyer jargon and very professional looking writing but I realized really quickly that Chris doesn't pay attention to stuff like that, I was actually putting in way too much effort in composing the emails.

I even had an @Lawyer (Lol) Email address but in hindsight that too wasn't really needed, It could have been "JamesZylbersteinNintendoLawyer@gmail.com" and Chris would have been none the wiser. Which also further shows how bizarre Chris' gullibility is, it's almost as if his gullibility is from bizarro world because it seems he will not believe you outright if what you're telling him makes too much sense but he will instantly believe farfetched claims.

Correct me if I'm wrong cos not a lawfag, but even if VA does have an autism-mitigator law on the books, surely Chris is totally screwed if there's any evidence of rape. He's got at least 3 aggravators:

a) Vulnerable individual
b) Violation of a position of trust
c) Incest (i.e. violation of a position of familial trust)

Surely no jury is going to want to rule that it's okay to rape your mom cos muh autism. Can you imagine trying to explain that one to the media? Or Republicans?

if most apps and devices remove metadata, then both files didn't switch hands, really. So that would imply ternarymercury either got the file directly from Bella, or is Bella themself.

This probably happens a lot more than you realize. I've met several people who never got the treatment and support for the 'tism and they are incredibly neglectful, entitled, rapey man children who are slowly but surely heading in that direction. The only difference is that they don't have the whole internet watching them.
