Although I suspect the latter is unlikely given that she is allegedly an accessory rather than a perpetrator.

*I might not be a lawyer, but I have enough awareness to know that it's all "alleged" until the suspect is sentenced by a court of law


There's a difference between being saying "I'll be watching you guys" and "I'd love to watch you guys". I'm not sure if the former counts as incitement. Maybe tacit incitement at best (if such a thing exists).

Look, Chris hasn’t even formally been charged or found guilty of a crime (not exactly sure what the arrest today was for.)

But even assuming that he’s charged and found guilty for rape or incest, police and prosecutors have enough actual crimes on their plates to deal with.

Yeah, hypothesizing whether a law was broken or not is all fun and good.

But if you seriously expect a prosecutor to start going through Internet chatlogs and spend time on charging a bunch of autists for talking to a motherfucking autist..

actually wasnt me, there was 2 of us on the video call

nobody had any clue that chris would say that so i recorded while billy on the other end spoke

we were actually friends with chris until that day, we submited it to the police immedialty but billys friend/ chrises gf posted it everyone despite billy telling her not to
