I posed that very question in the OT, but I couldn't keep up with the discussion because the thread was spinning out of control. Some were saying protective custody, some were saying because he's a 'tard. Some were saying that he wasn't really being arrested, but that they were escorting him out of there for his own safety due to the fact that weens were stalking him. My reply to all of those scenarios is still "Why was he in handcuffs then?"
