In a weekend we've gone through this rollercoaster of finding out Chris raped his mother, that he'd been doing so for at least a month, and he got arrested on Ethan Ralph's stream. Yes, there are a number of users in the thread which have called the police station and recorded themselves. "Incest" is 100% the charge, but if you don't believe them you're free to call the number yourself and ask.

They won't. Even if they can't prove it was rape, incest is still illegal, and that can easily stick.

Also, considering Barb is a dementia addled 80 year old woman, the prosecution may only be holding off on rape charges for not. They can be laid if they can determine that she's of unfit mind to be able to consent.
