In a lot of ways, jail could be a good thing for Chris. I know a lot of people think Chris will go to a psych ward, but more and more people who are suffering mental health issues are being sent to jail, so I kinda doubt this. Since he's listed as a female, he may be put in a women's jail (putting actual women at risk). I've spent some time in jail, and honestly once the women detox, they're really nice and supportive. Since so many crazy people are being sent to jail instead of mental health facilities these days, he may actually meet someone to end his love quest with. Based solely on my experience as a newbie to the criminal world, as Chris would be, the staff were generally considerate and kept me away from potential exploitation. There's lots of time to dream and meditate and pray. Chris could come out of this a better person.

that's gonna depend on what flavor of islam. they dont have a central structure similar to religions like Catholicism, its more like different denominations of protestant christianity, different teachers hold different beliefs with some large unifying ones

This is fucking insane, and to be honest when I first heard the segment of this specific call, I did think it was fake after listening to only 30 seconds of it. Seeing it was confirmed, I just had to sit down and actually listen to the audio. Like this is the worst thing I have ever heard in all of my years on the internet. This is like Snakething levels of fucked up, but the trollsheilding weens deserve the chair, the wall, and every imaginable punishment for baiting this autistic looney troon.

Was going to mention this myself. Bella is just as guilty if not more as Chris is, at least Chris has the age old excuse that hes an autistic retard. This person literally went out of their way to egg Chris on, and even when they knew what Chris was doing it continued without any sort of contact with the authorities. Could maybe even be argued that they caused Chris to start fucking snorlax, as we all know Chris is extremely impressionable and the urging on with things like "Nothing like Mother-Daughter" love alludes to this (and considering only 1% of all the shit this Bella cunt must've done who knows how much more manipulative it got).

Would it be possible that Bella be charged with some sort of accessory charge? its beyond sickening.

It bears repeating here but I'm pretty much certain that the State of VA has not accidentally made an exemption for mother/daughter incest.

Legal English is different from regular English. It's not uncommon for things written in Legalese to have sentences like "If a person deliberately hits someone with his car, she will be found liable for attempted vehicular manslaughter, even if he did not intend severe bodily injury. She will see reduced sentencing if he accepts a plea bargain and he assents her guilt". That's not about two people, it's about one hypothetical person.

It's an autistic compromise between writing "he/she" and using singular they. I sincerely doubt this will need to go to the Supreme Court since they can just charge for mother/daughter incest.

If VA has actually written things in a way that exempts mother/daughter incest then this would be fascinating (I really don't think this is the case). Chris is legally a woman - he's had his legal gender changed on all his documents - so if there actually is an offence that only applies to men but not women (which I'm pretty sure would be unconstitutional) then either they'd need to fight to disregard legal gender changes or they'd need to apply a retroactive law change assuming there's no federal law on the matter. I don't think you can actually retroactively make someone's actions criminal if they weren't illegal at the time... so that could lead to a mistrial and Chris could walk, although they could probably still book him for rape/assault, elder abuse, violation of an EPO and wire fraud.

See, I want to believe that Chris will come out of wherever the fuck she's going a better person, but at this point every time I try to believe she's finally bettering she does something heinous or despicable.

I don't think there's going to be any changing happening. Maybe something temporary while she's wherever they end up sending her, but upon future release? Nah.

I really hate this argument, no matter what anyone has said or talked to Chris about can excuse any of his actions. At the end of the day this piece of shit chose to do the things he did no matter how autistic he is chris knows right from wrong and when he was taking advantage of barb I can promise you chris knew it was wrong but did it anyways because Sonichu and Troon acceptance.
