What the fuck are you talking about? She/he/whatever just tried to get more details out of him. If he just said "I muffled my mother", anyone would disregard that. And if she told him that it is wrong, he would stop. Yeah, they are guilty of keeping it to themselves for so long, but at least now we know the truth.

He knew perfectly well what he was doing, somewhat tried to hide it and when Dillin straight asked him "did you do it?", he replied with "yes, but it keep it secret", not "yes, but it wasn't my idea". Jesus, what Chris should do so people would say "yep, it's his fault"? Turn his van into van of peace?

Maybe I’ve missed a comment, but does anyone think Chris looks a bit too relaxed with the police? I’m wondering if he’s taken some good ol Valium but something feels off.

Chris didn't make that up. He was talking about Barb being his girlfriend but knew he'd face repercussions if he admitted to most people that he was raping her. Hence the recording where he explains he's stopped calling her Mom and how they're now in an open/polyamorous relationship and have date night at the dinner table.

All the stuff he said to Josh were just descriptions of Barb - woman older than her 50s, qualified accountant etc. Retroactively it's obvious but nobody would have read that and gone "he's alluding to raping his mother". Everyone was shocked when that came out because it's a level of depravity that people didn't expect from Chris (which is saying something).

Read my second post referring to the exact same thing you're bitching about. And no She egged him on, as said using "mother-daughter love bla bla bla" is clearly trying to manipulate him into continuing it even if it was to gather more evidence.

And please note i am not trying to excuse Chris, but his retardation is clearly a factor.
 
Has anybody mention another specific issue that Chris would face in Jail?
Surely everybody knows that "chomos" are actively hunted down by the inmate code, but a mirror to that is people who did "stuff" to their own mothers. Matricide for example will get you badly beaten/tortured very similar to pedophilia.
IDK if what Chris did would be on a lesser scale of Jail no, no things But...
It will be curious when someone ask Chris "What are you in for".
And all of the above would be amplified in prison but no one really believes he's going there.

Being Transgender if Chris was to face jail time he would probably be put into PC meaning he would be basically in solidarity confinement.
