It's possible, but I don't think CWC is (legally) mentally retarded at this point.
There are conversations that show some form of understanding their own actions, such as what he sent to Null.

Knowing how selfish Chris is, the very fact that he was giving his mother "massages" is proof that this was premeditated. He never did anything for anyone else unless there was something in it for him. That is some very sick and predatory behavior.

Also, if I were null, I'd be lawyering up. I doubt he is in any legal jeopardy, but there is a non-zero chance that he gets dragged into this as a witness at the very least.

What institution? Crazy people more often than not just go to jail now.

He's probably in the process of being arraigned or has been arraigned already, which is the formal reading of charges. Let's assume that he's only charged with incest and not rape. The most likely outcome is a plea deal, and as someone else posted, a somewhat similar case involved an 18 month no-contact stipulation.

So, I think that even considering the best case scenario for Chris, he's out of 14BC for the foreseeable future. Quite literally the homeless saga begins.

If rape charges are added, then the seriousness of this case just went through the roof and prison saga is very likely.

Either way, not good for CWC.

Yeah, unless they keep barb and put her in a home, right? Or because it’s barb’s residence they will ban Chris from it regardless? Not sure how that works.

they will review barbras mental health before pressing any real charges and he will most likely get done for abusing someone with dementia and incest. shame he wont get charged for thievery as well

But isn’t this his technical 3rd strike? I think he’ll actually serve time. Just because he’s retarded doesn’t mean he’s a baby.
