They'll charge him where the crime occurred, which is whatever circuit Ruckersville is in. There's no complex process for extradition within a state, they'll just drive him over there. If it happens today, he could be arraigned later today or tomorrow.

I didn't see the exact charge he's getting thrown at him, gonna have to look back for that! They'll most likely hold him in Henrico until paperwork goes through for the transfer, or until he's sentenced.
Virginia is slow as all hell with court proceedings, it could be up to a few months for his pre-trial, post arraignment.

Not today, apparently. If you go back a bit, you'll see the charlottesville investigators are not in and he'd apparently have to go to charlottesville for arraignment.
