I think the Ponzi scheme pimps, degenerate bankers and former governors and congressmen might take issue with being housed with Chris.

If she is regarded as not competent mentally, it does not matter what she says or if she personally presses charges. I don't know how the law works there, but the case is taken by the state, not the individual

Does anyone actually think that Chris is going to be brought to charges? Not a chance. Not on the incest shit. The bank stuff? Maybe. He's going to get probation and be 'watched'. Love to see everyone sperging about him going to prison though!

The fact that you could be right absolutely disgusts me. While I hope it would be true to help his sentencing and charges, I also hope that no human being on the planet is that fucked up. Of course, this IS Chris, so it might just be true.

You're right - the state prosecutes the case, not the individual. Even so, if a victim doesn't want to cooperate, the case is usually dropped because it would be too hard to prosecute. Sometimes it goes forward anyway but that's the usual outcome with a victim that doesn't want charges on the accused. Of course, we don't know if Barb is cooperating or not, or if she's even in a mental state to do so. (Which would probably result in rape charges.)

Retarded. He's on the record as planning and executing a serial rape of a dementia ridden elderly woman under his care. Of course the state's gonna go after him. No way does he get parole in his mental condition, with his lack of ability to live on his own in the real world.

Also true. However, if they are able prove that Barb is not mentally well and not fit to cooperate and if they are able to connect Chris with Barb's abuse, CWC will be fucked no matter what

Oh yeah definitely. I'm on pins and needles here because a rape charge can turn this from a "plea deal with probation and no-contact order" situation into "hard jail time."
